Chapter 1
Kelly's Best Friend Comes To Sheetrock Hills

One day a 25 year girl named Manda Granger was in her room missing her best friend Kelly, who lives in Sheetrock Hills and works at a Hardware Store. A few minutes later Manda's twin sister Rosalinda who goes by Rosa walked in.
ROSALINDA: Hey, sis, what are you thinking about?
MANDA: I was just thinking about my best friend Kelly and how much I miss her.
Before Rosalinda could say anything their mother, Terri walked in.
TERRI: Hey, baby girl, you have a visitor.
MANDA: Who is it Mom?
TERRI: Have a look for yourself, baby girl.
So Manda looked over to where her mom was standing and saw her boyfriend Stephon Burley standing next to her mom.
MANDA: Stephon what are you doing here?
As Stephon walked over to Manda, Manda's mom and twin sister left to give Manda and Stephon some privacy.
STEPHON: I came to see you.
MANDA: Stephon, we need to talk.
STEPHON: Ok what do you want to talk about?
MANDA: Us.
STEPHON: Us? What about us?
MANDA: Well lately I haven't been having those same feelings for you like I use to.
STEPHON: What are you trying to say?
MANDA: What I'm trying to say is that I'm not in love with you anymore.
STEPHON: Are you sure about that?
MANDA: Yes I'm sure.
STEPHON: Well I'm still in love with you.
MANDA: You are?
STEPHON: Yes I am. I'm going to do whatever I can to get you back.
MANDA: There's absolutely nothing that you can do to make me come back to you.
STEPHON: You wanna bet.
MANDA: What do you mean by that?
STEPHON: All I'm going to say is watch your back.
Soon after Stephon said that he left and Manda was feeling a little scared.
MANDA (calling for her parents): Mom, Dad!
TERRI: What is it, baby girl?
COLBY: What is it, Angel?
MANDA: I think I'm in trouble.
COLBY: What do you mean, Angel?
MANDA: Well I just broke up with Stephon and he told me that he was going to get me back.
COLBY & TERRI: How?
MANDA: I don't know, but he told me to watch my back. Mom, Dad, I don't think I'm safe here.
COLBY: Of course you are Angel. You are the daughter of an FBI Agent.
MANDA: Yes I know that Dad, but Stephon knows where I live.
TERRI: Is there some place you know that Stephon won't find you?
MANDA: Yes there is.
COLBY & TERRI: Where?
MANDA: Sheetrock Hills.
TERRI: Why Sheetrock Hills?
MANDA: My best friend Kelly lives there and she owns a Hardware Store there. So can I go to Sheetrock Hills to see Kelly?
COLBY: Not alone you can't.
MANDA: Does that mean I can't go at all? Please can I go? I really miss Kelly.
TERRI: I think what your father is trying to say is that you can go. Just as along as you take two of your older siblings.
MANDA: Can it be my twin sister and Marcos?
COLBY: Why them two?
MANDA: Dad, I'm closer to Rossa and Marcos than I am with my other siblings.
COLBY: Oh ok.
MANDA: Besides, Dad, you know that Marcos will protect me at any cost because he loves me very much and I love him very much. He is my favorite brother.
TERRI: That's right.
COLBY: Marcos told us that you're his favorite sister.
MANDA: Yes I know Dad. Marcos told me that I'm his favorite sister.
An hour later Manda, Rosalinda and Marcos arrived in Sheetrock Hills. A few minutes later they walked into Kelly's Hardware Store.
MANDA: Hi, Kelly.
Kelly looked up from what she was doing to see who it was.
KELLY: Manda is that you?
MANDA: Yes it is Kelly.
KELLY: I've missed you so much.
MANDA: I've missed you, too, Kelly, that's why I came here. Kelly, you remember my twin sister Rosalinda, but she goes by Rosa now and our older brother Marcos.
KELLY: Yes I do. It's nice to see you both again.
ROSALINDA: It's nice to see you again, too, Kelly.
At that very moment someone else walked into Kelly's Hardware Store. When Manda looked over and saw who walked in she fell head over heels in love with him and to her it was like they were the only two in the Hardware Store.
MANDA: Hey, Kelly, who's that Gorgeous guy that just walked in with those tools?
KELLY: Oh, that's Manny Garcia.
MANNY: Hola, Kelly.
KELLY: Hi, Manny. Hi, tools.
THE TOOLS: Hi, Kelly.
KELLY: Manny, tools there is someone I want you to meet.
MANNY: Who might that be, Kelly?
KELLY: That would be my best friend Manda Granger.
When Manny looked at Manda he fell head over heels in love with her.
MANNY: It's nice to meet you Manda.
MANDA: It's nice to meet you, too, Manny.
MANNY: So Manda what brings you to Sheetrock Hills?
MANDA: Well I wanted to see my best friend Kelly. Also I wanted to get away from my ex-boyfriend, Stephon Burley.
MANNY: If you don't mind me asking. When did you break up with your ex-boyfriend?
MANDA: I broke up with him today.
MANNY: Why did you break up with him?
MANDA: He was too controlling and he wouldn't let me be me. Also I'm not in love with him anymore.
MANNY: Manda before I forget I would like you to meet my tools.
MANDA: Hi, tools. Manny what are their names?
MANNY: Felipe, Turner, Flicker, Dusty, Squeeze, Pat, Stretch and Rusty.
PAT: I'm a hammer.
MANDA (laughing): I can see that and you're a fine hammer, Pat.
PAT: Thank you.
MANDA: You're welcome.
MANNY: I have to get going now.
MANDA: Where are you going, Manny?
MANNY: The tools and I are going to my friends Horse Ranch.
MANDA: Did you say "Horse Ranch"?
MANNY: Sí. Yes I did. Why?
MANDA: I love horses. My Uncle Max Regnery owns a horse stable called Pine Hollow.
MANNY: Do you want to come with us to the Horse Ranch?
MANDA: I would love to, but I can't.
MANNY: Why?
MANDA: It will only remind me of how much I miss and love my Uncle Max.
MANNY: Ok, bye Manda. Bye Kelly.
KELLY: Bye, Manny. Bye, Tools.
MANDA: Bye, Manny.
Then the Tools and Manny left Kelly's Hardware Store. Manda sighed.
KELLY: What's wrong, Manda?
MANDA: Nothing's wrong, Kelly.
KELLY: Then why did you sigh?
MANDA: He's muy caliente/very hot.
KELLY: Who?
MANDA: Manny.
KELLY: Are you in love with Manny?
MANDA: Yes, yes I am.
KELLY: Are you going to tell him that you're in love with him?
MANDA: I'm too shy to tell him. Plus what if he doesn't feel the same way about me?
KELLY: I'm sure that he does.
MANDA: How are you sure?
KELLY: Well you two are perfect for each other.
MANDA: What makes you so sure about that?
KELLY: Well you both like to repair stuff.
MANDA: That's true.
KELLY: So are you going to tell him?
MANDA: When the time is right, I will.
A few minutes later Manda, her twin sister and their older brother said good-bye to Kelly and left Kelly's Hardware Store. They decided to walk around town to see what it's like in Sheetrock Hills. They saw a Bakery and decied to go in.
MANDA: Everything smells so good in here.
ROSALINDA: It all looks good too.
BAKERY OWNER: Hi my name is Mrs. Portillo. Are you three new here?
MANDA: Yes, yes we are. My name is Manda Granger.
ROSALINDA: I'm her twin sister Rosalinda, but I perfer to go by Rosa.
MARCOS: I'm their older brother Marcos.
MRS. PORTILLO: What brings you to Sheetrock Hills?
MANDA: I wanted to visit with my best friend Kelly.
MARCOS: We came with her because our Dad didn't wnat her to come here alone.
MRS. PORTILLO: So your Dad is overprotective?
MANDA: No he's not. He is an FBI Agent.
A few minutes later they left the Bakery and then they saw a Candy Store and went in. They met the Candy Store owner named Mr. Lopart and his cat Fluffy. Mr. Lopart was flirting with Manda but she wasn't interested in Mr. Lopart. A few minutes later they left the Candy Store. They then walked by a Repair Shop which turned out to be Manny's Repair Shop. Manda looked in and saw that Manny was back from the Horse Ranch.
MANDA: Manny's back. Let's go in.
ROSALINDA: You want to go in to see Manny again, don't you?
MANDA: Yes, yes I do.
MARCOS: Why?
MANDA: He is so Gorgeous/precioso.

That was a good chapter Amber. I liked when Manny and Manda fell in love with each other. I also liked when Manda was talking to Kelly about how she felt about Manny. I also loved that ending.

Chapter 2
Manny To The Rescue

Manda, Rosalinda and Marcos walks into Manny's Repair. Manny looks up from what he's doing to see who walked in. When he saw who walked in all he could do is smile.
MANNY: Manda welcome to my Repair shop.
MANDA: Thanks, Manny. You have a great repair shop.
MANNY: You're welcome and Thank you.
MANDA: Manny, I forgot to introduce you to my brother and sister earlier.
ROSALINDA: Hi, I'm Rosalinda, but please call me Rosa.
PAT: You and Manda look alike.
MANDA: That's because we're twins Pat.
MARCOS: I'm their older brother Marcos.
MANNY: It's nice to meet you both.
MARCOS: Manda, Rosa and I are going to look around town some more do you want to come with us.
Manda gave her brother a look and he knew that she wanted to stay with Manny.
MARCOS: Ok you don't have to go if you don't want.
MANDA: I don't want to. I want to stay here awhile longer.
A few minutes later Marcos and Rosalinda left the Repair Shop.
MANNY: So why did you want to stay here and not go with your brother and sister?
MANDA: I rather not say right now.
MANNY: Oh ok. I have to go upstairs to get something I'll be right back.
THE TOOLS: Ok, Manny.
So Manny went upstairs and Manda waited until Manny was out of earshot.
MANDA: Hey tools, do you want to know why I wanted to stay here and not go with my brother and sister?
THE TOOLS: Yes, we do.
MANDA: Well the truth is I'm in love with Manny.
PAT: We should go tell him.
MANDA: Pat, no!
PAT: Why not?
MANDA: I'm not ready to tell him.
FELIPE: Why aren't you ready to tell him?
MANDA: I'm too shy to tell him and plus I don't know if he feels the same way about me.
STRETCH: Well you have to tell him soon before it's too late.
MANDA: I know Stretch. I will tell him when the time is right.
PAT: How do you know that the time will be right when you tell him?
MANDA: I'll just know, Pat.
A few minutes later Manny came back just as Manda's ex-boyfriend Stephon Burley walked in to the Repair Shop. When Manda saw him she hid behind Manny.
MANNY: May I help you sir?
STEPHON: I'm looking for someone.
MANNY: Who are you looking for?
STEPHON: My girlfriend.
DUSTY: What's your girlfriend's name?
STEPHON: Manda Granger.
MANNY (as he noticed that Manda was right beside him): She's was right here a minute ago.
The Tools noticed her behind Manny and when they were going to say something Manda shook her head to stop them from telling Stephon where she was. Manda called her dad.
COLBY: Granger.
MANDA (whispering): Dad it's me, Manda.
COLBY: Why are you whispering in to the phone?
MANDA (whispering): Well the truth is I'm at Manny's Repair Shop and my ex-boyfriend Stephon is here and he is looking for me.
COLBY: Don't worry angel, I'm on my way.
MANDA (whispering): Thanks, Dad. Hurry please.
A few seconds later Manda and her dad hung up on each other. Then she bravely came out from behind Manny and Stephon noticed her.
STEPHON: Hi, sweetheart.
MANDA: Don't you "Hi, sweetheart" me. What are you doing here Stephon?
STEPHON: I'm here to take you back.
MANDA: Take me back? I will never go back to you.
MANNY: You two know each other.
MANDA: Manny, tools this is my ex-boyfriend Stephon Burley.
Stephon got mad and was about to grab Manda but Manny stood in front of Manda. Stephon pushed Manny out of the away and Manny landed on the floor of the Repair Shop. When Manda saw that she got mad at Stephon and worried about Manny.
MANDA (as she knelt beside Manny): Manny are you ok?
MANNY: Yes I'm fine.
Stephon grabbed Manda and before Manny could do anything Stephon and Manda were gone.
MANNY: We have to get her back?
SQUEEZE: Why, Manny?
MANNY: Well the truth is tools, I'm in love with her and I don't want to lose her.
Stephon took her to an abandon warehouse and tied her hands behind her back and tie her feet together and put her down on the ground.
MANDA: Let me go!
STEPHON: No. Not unless you be my girl again.
MANDA: I will never be your girl. Besides I've falling in love with someone else.
STEPHON: Who?
MANDA: I'm not going to tell you.
STEPHON: Then rot here for all I care.
Before Manda could say anything Stephon left the warehouse.
~Meanwhile back at Manny's Repair Shop~
Manda's dad Colby walked in.
MANNY: Hi, I'm Manny Garcia. How may I help you sir?
COLBY: I'm Agent Colby Granger of the FBI and I'm here to see my daughter Manda Granger.
MANNY: Well her ex-boyfriend took her with him a few minutes ago. I don't want to lose her at all. I'll be lost if I lost her.
COLBY: Are you in love with my daughter?
MANNY: Yes I am.
COLBY: Don't worry Manny we will find her.
~Meanwhile back at the abandon warehouse~
MANDA: Oh, Manny I wish that you were here with me and I also wish that Dusty was here so that she can cut the ropes off of my hands and feet. I wish Manny knew how much I love him. I don't think I'll ever see my dreamlover again.
When she said that it reminded her of one of her favorite songs by Mariah Carey called "Dreamlover."
MANDA (singing): Ooh

A few minutes later Stephon walked in and soon after he walked in Manda's dad Colby walked in with Manny and the Tools right behind him. Manda was excited to see her dad, Manny and the Tools.
MANDA: Dad! Manny! Tools! I'm so glad to see you.
Manny was walking closer to Manda but Stephon grabbed Manda and he made her stand up and he wrapped his arm around her and held a gun to her head.
STEPHON: Stop right there or I'll shoot her.
Colby stood in front of Manny and told him to back away a little bit.
COLBY: FBI! You shoot my daughter and I'll put a hole through your head.
STEPHON: I rather go to jail instead.
COLBY: Just slowly put the gun down and no one gets hurt.
Stephon put the gun down and Colby handcuffed him and took him away. Colby made sure that Manny took care of Manda.
MANDA: Dad what about me?
COLBY: Manny will free you, angel.
So Manny and the Tools went over to where Manda was and Manny tried to untie the ropes around Manda's hands and feet but he couldn't untie them so he asked Dusty to cut the ropes.
MANNY: I can't untie the ropes. Dusty do you think you can cut the ropes free from Manda?
DUSTY: I'll give it a try Manny.
So Dusty cut the ropes that were around Manda's feet first and a few seconds later the ropes around her feet fell to the ground. Now Dusty cut the ropes around Manda's hands and a few seconds later the ropes around her hands fell to the floor.
MANNY: Dusty you did it.
MANDA: Thanks Dusty.
DUSTY: You're welcome, Manda.
MANDA: And thank you Manny.
MANNY: Why are you thanking me?
MANDA: I'm thanking you for bringing my dad here and rescuing me. You are my hero Manny.
After that Manda broke out into song and sang "Hero" by Mariah Carey.
MANDA (singing): There's a hero

MANNY (thinking): WOW!!!!! She has a beautiful sweet singing voice. Actually she sings like in angel.
A half hour later Manny, the Tools and Manda were back at the Repair Shop.
MANNY: So Manda why did you sing that song after we rescued you?
MANDA: Well like I said before I sang the song you're my hero Manny and that reminding me of that song called Hero by Mariah Carey. Manny there's something I've been wanting to tell you.
MANNY: There's something I've been wanting to tell you, too, Manda.
MANDA: You go first.
MANNY: No you first. It's always ladies first.
FELIPE: Why don't you both say it at the same time?
MANNY: That's a great idea Felipe.
MANDA: I agree it is.
FELIPE: On the count of three say what you want to say to each other. Uno...dos...tres...
MANDA & MANNY: I'm in love you.
MANDA: You're in love with me.
MANNY: Sí. You're in love with me.
MANDA: Sí I am.
MANNY: How long have you been in love with me?
MANDA: Since you first walked into Kelly's Hardware Store earlier today. How long have you been in love with me?
MANNY: When Kelly introduced us to each other. So what do you want to do now?
MANDA: I want you to kiss me now.
So Manny pulled Manda close kissed her passionately. Later that night Manda was in her bed dreaming about Manny. Manny was in his bed dreaming about Manda moving in with him.

Aww that was a cute chapter Amber. I liked when Manny rescued to Manda. I love when said they loved each other at the same time. I also loved the ending.
