Steve & Me

Steve & Me is pretty much all about Steve and his beautiful wife Terri's lives. It starts out when a 27 year old Oregon girl named Terri first came to Australia Zoo back in October 1991. Back then it was called Queensland Reptile and Fauna Park. After awhile she met Steve who was doing a Croc demo show then. On February 2, 1992 they got engaged and then on June 4, 1992 they got married in Terri's homestate of Eugene, Oregon. After they got married they started filming their show which now airs on Animal Planet. Then on July 24, 1998 which was 4 days after Terri's 34th birthday she gave birth to a baby girl named Bindi Sue Irwin. Her name comes from Steve's favorite crocodile named Bindi and Steve's dog, who is now dead, Sui. After Bindi was born they including her in everything that they did. Then on Decemeber 1, 2003 Terri gave birth to Bindi's baby brother Robert Clarence Irwin whom they name after Steve's dad, Bob and Terri's dad, Clarence. Then they were a happy family of four until on tragic day, September 4, 2006, Steve was filming a documentary called "Ocean's Deadliest" when all of a sudden he was pierced in the heart by a the barbed tail of a stingray. He pulled out the barbed and died instantly.
