People Who Pick On Other People!!!!

I really don't like it when people pick on other people. There's this one guy that I work with who picks on everyone else. He's a lot stronger than people that he picks on and when he's told that it hurts he says oh no it doesn't because I don't do it that hard. My boyfriend has already told him off and threaten about picking on me because he keeps on doing it. I've told the staff that I work with and talk to him which made him leave me alone for awhile but than he starts up again. He just doesn't get it that I want it to stop forever. He picks on all my friends and it really bugs me.
