*trying to get her things toegther quickly* nothing, no worry. i just gotta make a trip back to alabama for about a few days or more. i'll tell you about it when things settle down a little. i'll have to call you. you and jen and the ohters just go and have dinner with jonny. i gotta go.

hey sis, im sorry i didnt have time to tell you what was going on. something pretty bad has happened.


a really really really close friend of mine, DW, was in a car wreck and it almost killed him. my friend keisha called me and told me that i needed to get down there because she thinks he was trying to give up....they have him on life support.
so...i may be here for more than a few days. *tears in eyes*..
i'm so scared that.........

-Shayla is in DW's hospitle room. shes been sitting by his bed for a good 20 minutes now trying to work up the nerve to talk to DW. DW is unconcious all hooked up to wires and tubes. (life support basically) He lookes like he's almost asleep.. he's asleep... just hooked up to machines. shayla grabs his hand and takes a deep breath-

*sighs and a tear runs down the side of my face*

jennifer: oh i hope shayla friend will be ok

*still holding DWs hand and crying and cell phone rings Dw hears it and squezes shayls hand again to kinda tell her in a way that he doesnt want anything interfering right now. shayla sees its allysa and has to ignore the call but texts allysa.*

sorry sis, i cant answer your call right now. Im sittig here with Dw. He's not awake but he can hear and he's been squeezing my hand to let me know that he can hear. He squeezed my hand when you called and i guess that means he wants me to call later and just spend a little time with me and the others for a while. I know you must be upset about this whole thing but please dont be. I'm sure there is someway Dw will pull thru. and i'll be home as soon i a hear that he's not gonna die....if thats possible. love you sis.-shayla
