The JK stands for you first name and middle. Her first name is Joanne and middle name is Kathleen. She got the idea for Harry Potter while she riding on a train with her kids.

I just recently started reading the Harry Potter series over again. I'm not sure where the four book is at the moment so if I can't find before I get that one a friend mine is going to let me borrow his. I'm not sure where the last one is either but I do know it's in my bedroom somewhere. I haven't seen the fourth since I moved and I'm not sure it came with me or if it was something that got thrown out.
