Chapter 1
Best Friends Reunited

One day in Sheetrock Hills Manny is outside his shop with his tools. Manny sighed. Pat looked at Manny.
PAT: What’s wrong Manny?
MANNY: I just really miss my best friend.
STRETCH: What’s your best friend’s name?
MANNY: My best friend’s name is Maude Jade Fallon.
FELIPE: You’re best friend is a girl?
Manny nodded his head.
MANNY: Yes my best friend is girl.
All of a sudden a girl around Manny’s age approached them.
THE GIRL: Hola Manny.
Manny looked at the girl and started to smile.
MANNY: Hola Maude.
MAUDE: It’s good to see you again.
Manny smiled than hugged Maude.
MANNY: It’s good to see you too.
Maude suddenly noticed Manny’s tools.
MAUDE: Are you going to introduce me to your tools?
MANNY: Yes I was just getting that. These are my tools Pat, Stretch, Turner, Felipe, Stretch, Flicker, Squeeze, Dusty and Rusty.
MAUDE: It’s very nice to meet all of you.
FLICKER: How long have been friends with Manny?
MAUDE: I’ve been friends with since we were kids.
~Meanwhile back where Maude lives with her family~
Maude’s other best friend Manuela walked over to Maude’s place and knocked on the door. Maude’s mother Emmeline opened the door.
EMMELINE: Are you looking for Maude?
MANUELA: Yes I am Mrs. Fallon.
EMMELINE: Well she’s not here and I have told you a million times to call me Emmeline.
Manuela sighed.
MANUELA: Where is she than?
EMMELINE: She went to Sheetrock Hills with Julian, Brady, Jake, Austin and Lorne to visit her best friend since was little Manny Garcia.
Manuela went home to her house. Manuela’s mother Terri looked at her.
TERRI: What’s wrong sweetie?
MANUELA: I went to see Maude but she went to Sheetrock Hills with her twin brother and a few of her older siblings.
TERRI: Oh well she’ll be back soon enough.
Manuela’s father Colby walked into the room. Manuela sighed.
MANUELA: I really want to go see her and I’ve been there before mom.
COLBY: Never been where?
MANUELA: Sheetrock Hills.
COLBY: Why would you want to go there?
MANUELA: Maude went there to visit her best friend Manny Garcia.
COLBY: Oh I understand now.
MANUELA: Can I go dad please?
COLBY: I don’t know sweetie.
MANUELA: Could I go if take some of my older siblings?
COLBY: Yes you can.
Manuela hugged her father.
MANUELA: You’re the best dad there is.
Colby just smiled. Manuela’s older brothers Esteban, Sergio, Miguel, Manuel, Javier and Carols walked into the room.
CARLOS: What’s going on in here?
MANUELA: Maude went to Sheetrock Hills to visit her best friend Manny Garcia and I want to go see her too but dad will only let me go if I have some of you with me.
MANUEL: I’ll go with you.
Manuela smiled and hugged Manuel.
SERGIO: I’ll go too.
MIGUEL: That goes for me too.
Esteban smiled.
ESTEBAN: I will go too.
Colby smiled again.
COLBY: Alright have fun and make sure that your four take very good care your younger sister.
Manuela, Esteban, Manuel, Sergio and Miguel go to Sheetrock Hills. They look around but nobody around. All of a sudden Maude walked over.
MAUDE: What are you doing here?
MANUELA: I went to see you but your mother told me you were so I came with my older siblings.
MAUDE: Well I’m glad that you are here because I’ve wanted you too meet my other best friend Manny for the longest time.
Manuela smiled. Maude started to walk back to Manny’s shop. Manuela and her siblings followed Maude. Manny is still outside. Manuela took one look at Manny and fell madly in love with him.
MANUELA (in her head): Whoa he’s so precioso/gorgeous.
MAUDE: Manny.
Manny looked at Maude than noticed Manuela and fell madly in love with her.
MANNY (in his head): Whoa she’s so hermoso/beautiful.
MAUDE: Manny this is my other best friend Manuela Granger and Manuela this is Manny Garcia.
Manny smiled.
MANNY: It’s nice too meet you and you have a beautiful name.
MANUELA: Gracias Manny.
MANNY: You know Spanish?
MANUELA: Yes I do because I took it in school.
MANNY: That’s so cool.
A few hours later Manuela and her siblings are with Maude and her siblings. Manuela let out a long sigh. Maude looked at Manuela.
MAUDE: Could I talk to you alone?
MANUELA: Yeah sure.
Maude and Manuela go out of earshot.
MAUDE: Is something that you wanted to tell me?
MANUELA: I’m in love with Manny.
MAUDE: I had a feeling that when you met him that would happen.
MANUELA: I’m too scared to tell for free that he doesn’t feel the same away about me.
MAUDE: I know that feeling all to well.
MANUELA: Are you about Dylan’s best friend Ricardo?
MAUDE: Yes that’s who I’m talking about.
MANUELA: Are you every going to tell Ricardo about your feelings for him?
MAUDE: I will someday and if you promise to tell Manny about your feelings for him.
MANUELA: Alright I promise.
MAUDE: When than so do I.
Maude and Manuela walked back over to where their siblings. It’s a few hours later now and everyone is bed. Manuela is dreaming about telling Manny that she’s in love with him. Maude is dreaming about Ricardo that she’s in love with him. Manny is in bed dreaming about Manuela and telling that he’s in love with her. Ricardo is bed dreaming of Maude and making her his girl.

That was a great chapter. My favorite part is when Manny and Manuela met each other.
